Create whenever the opportunity presents itself even writing.

It places opportunity to build the habit. You talk for the habit. You can seek it. You can carry the wisdom from top to bottom which then is sent back up. It is an ebb & flow. A push and pull. This is what experience is. It’s like a pulse. Action & reaction. This is beautiful. It is not a static thing but motion. Where I carry this motion allows me to flow in that direction. This is how past present and future exist in the same moment. We choose where the flow goes. Getting out of the head exists in both aspects of the good & bad. What is brought to consciousness aka the light, is sourced from the dark. It just reveals itself in how it does but taking it at face value limits the vision. Peering with the flashlight can yield further info and closer truth.
