They say health is wealth. To start building and exerting the energy I’m storing in my field and converting it into material representation, I first start with my body. That includes diet, water, exercise, stretching, and sleep. Pouring that energy into my body first will yield additional returns that will also reflect in other parts of my being such as emotion, will, heart, communication, creativity, imagination, and wisdom.

Rome was not built in a day and trying to do the entire slew of chakra work or tapping all my energetic bodies will only undo all the work I put in as I have to rest for an extensive period of time to recover. I will then have to restart almost all over. As I build my body and find flow state with it, I will then see and create opportunities to create flow state for my other bodies.

It’s not like I’m not pouring energy into my other centers. I am and I want to do it in an intentional manner that allows for consistent flow of overall building. Remember that energy travels up and down from the root to the crown. Back and forth over and over again. The crown yields the wisdom and the root yields the physical experience. All that information passes throughout the other chakras, not necessarily in their stacked order, but being mindful of that allows that information to be observed, learned, and utilized.

I desire more sleep because I’m not sleeping enough. The fix for that is to go to bed earlier especially if I have something to do in the morning. If not, I can sleep for x amount of hours so when I wake up, I GET UP at the same time. Investing into quality sleep is also important, so more research will be done into what creates quality sleep.

My body feels occasional pains because of the lack of exercise. Putting time in to strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility will gift me comfort in moving around this three dimensional space and reward me with balance of energy and rest. Not to mention the physical aesthetics that come along with it.

My diet is not stable because I’m either spending time getting ready to leave somewhere instead of prepping early enough that I can make time to eat, especially early in the morning. The amount of times I eat I notice varies, so by incorporating a minimum number of meals during the day, I can ensure I’m receiving proper nourishment, energy, and immunity.

Drinking enough water is also important as I don’t drink nearly enough as I should. Creating reminders or taking opportunities to drink water when I can ensures that my body is hydrated and my systems can function properly.

All of these intermingle with one another and as I go in creating these processes, through trial and error, I will manifest and create a system that works the best for me on a habitual basis. Establishing that will  assist in the alignment of discipline and consistency which then sets the stage for all the other systems that will be created on top of it.

Thank you God for this wisdom and this experience. May it fall into place and effect with ease and any challenges be met with eagerness and excitement!
